72 Hoorain’s makers claim CBFC not ready to censor-certify trailer without ‘some cuts’

Earlier, it was reported that the highly controversial Bollywood film, 72 Hoorain faced hurdles in its journey through the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The CBFC refused to give an A certificate to the trailer of the much-awaited film, adding to the controversy surrounding it.

Interestingly, despite the CBFC’s decision, the trailer of 72 Hoorain has surfaced on YouTube. The story of the film, which follows in the footsteps of successful ventures like ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘The Kerala Story’, has attracted criticism in some quarters. A gripping tale of terror, the teaser of 72 Hoorain shows the horrific attacks taking place within India’s borders.

Renowned filmmaker Sanjay Puran Singh, known for his award-winning works, is on the verge of unveiling his labor of love, 72 Hurain. Singh expressed his eagerness for the audience to experience the film, which he dedicated nearly four years of his life to make. The film sheds light on a controversial subject, exploring the complex relationship between terrorism and the manipulative tactics adopted by terrorist organizations to mislead individuals.
